About their business:

Step away from the dry, flavourless pre-made falafel balls! With the perfect blend of Australian fava beans, fragrant herbs, and aromatic spices, our falafel mix makes an amazing vegan dish loaded with goodness and flavour. Whether it’s for dinner, mezze, side dish, or snack, you can now serve up the highest-quality falafel right in your own home.

Our falafel mix is handmade in Melbourne and uses 100% natural ingredients with no preservatives. Based on old family recipes for Middle-Eastern street food, our delicious range includes original, beetroot, pumpkin, and no onion/ garlic, so everyone in the family can gather round to enjoy it together.

All that’s left for you to do is add water, shape, and fry or bake for a few minutes.
